I would like to thank Dr Panchwagh Jaydev sir for successfully performing cranio-vertebral junction fracture surgery on my daughter Shravani in the month of December 2019. Since surgery she is absolutely fine without any complaints such as pain. His assistant doctors and whole team of Synapse Foundation are also extremely helpful.

Thank you very much to Dr Jaydev Panchawagh sir and his team. In last month my father underwent a Trans-nasal Pituitary Tumour Excision performed by Dr Jaydev Panchawagh sir. My father had a severe headache on 28th DEC, 2019. MRI was done on the same day and on 29th DEC, 2019 he was admitted to one of the hospital in Pune as he was unable to bear the pain. From the admitted hospital neurologist and neurosurgeon suggested that operation is needed to remove the pituitary tumour. But that operation was not possible in admitted hospital so Dr XXX suggested to admit my father in another hospital where this operation can be done. Lots of tests were done which was required before operation. CT scan was also done. After CT scan Dr.XXX told us that he will not be able to remove complete tumour as it is spread to near by area which will be a risk to remove, so he gave reference of neurosurgeon from Mumbai. We very tense on that day. On same day I met with my family doctor Dr Suhas Nene and he referred Dr Jaydev Panchawagh. When we met Dr Jaydev Panchawagh with MRI (on 8th, Jan, 2020), he was so confident and positive. He gave us a confidence that everything will be alright. Dr asked his team to check the availability of operation theatre and on same day my father was admitted to hospital. On next day operation was performed. Needless to say operation went well. Post operation care taken was very good. Also like to mention about Ms. Savita madam who is so kind. She provided us lot of moral support and counselling which was very much necessary for us at that time. After one month MRI was done and report was as expected "Total tumour was removed". Once again many many thanks to Dr Jaydev Panchawagh sir and his team.
